The class gathering is confirmed going to be held at east coast park this wednesday (18 november). It's going to be from 10am to 7pm (the latest abt 8pm). People going early and reaching at 10am can meet me at the macdonalds there.
Things to bring: waterbottle, umbrella in case of wet weather, chips (optional), money, CHANGE OF CLOTHES. U can bring along pails and spades cos we may be building sandcastles. Mats to lay on the sand if u want (I will bring mine).
Lunch: It's not potluck anymore. Lunch is most probably macdonalds since we are going to be near it and it's going to be more conveniant if everyone pays for their own share.
Wet weather: In case of wet weather, it's either we hide out at macdonalds or go to the nearest shopping mall, which is parkway parade. So pls bring along ur umbrella.
Transport: I think this will be quite a problem since most of u guys stay quite far away from east coast park. U guys can actually meet as a grp to take a taxi. Or u can take mrt to the east side then take bus. It's actually quite a distance to walk from the bus stop to east coast park, and from there to macdonalds. So the easiest way to ensure not getting lost is taking a taxi and splitting the fare between the grp that u r going with.
U can take SBS Transit bus 16 (from bedok interchange) and alight at Marine Terrace. Then use the underpass to cross the ECP expressway. Or take bus 401 to East Coast Park Service Road (Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays only)
